What we store

• Your email address and sign-in account.
• Your order reference, payment status and Stripe checkout reference when you buy a placement. Card details are entered with Stripe; this site does not store your full card number.
• Which placement you are holding, joined a backup list for, or registered interest in.
• A snapshot of the price, scope and terms wording shown to you at the time, so we can honour exactly what you were told.
• The consent wording you agreed to, its version and the time you agreed.
• Your placement brief, including names, messages, colour choices, artwork links and uploaded files.
• Anonymous page and placement view counts. No profiling, no ad tracking.

Why

To verify it is really you, to stop one person hoarding placements, to manage your reservation or order, review and fulfil your brief, and send placement updates. Stripe processes checkout payments. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long

Reservation records are kept while your reservation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about it. Contact us to request deletion of your account and history. We will explain any order records that need to be retained.

Your choices

You can cancel your reservation at any time from the My reservation page. Marketing email is optional and separate from reservation email — you can decline it and still hold a placement.
